Tulla Comhaltas was established in September 1957 at a meeting in the Courthouse in Tulla in response to a wish by the people of Tulla to host the County Fleadh Cheoil in 1958. A very successful Fleadh was held that year and the Comhaltas Branch has grown and prospered over the past 50 years.

We promote Irish music, song and dance, by running set dancing classes, music sessions for young musicians and we launched our Irish language classes/comhra gaelige in Sept 2007. We celebrated our 50th Anniversary on 14th - 17th Sept 2007 with a great weekend of entertainment with concerts, ceilithe, workshops and recitals. Check out the Pictures in the Photo Gallery.
